This role is designed for an established environmental professional with deep, aviation-specific expertise who is ready to shape direction, influence executive decision-making, and operate as a national center of excellence for environmental due diligence across major U.S. airports. You will function at the intersection of technical authority, operational leadership, and client advisory - guiding complex NEPA programs while mentoring teams and strengthening our aviation environmental platform. It is a senior leadership position with dual impact: Operational Leadership: Support practice leadership in resource planning, financial performance, quality assurance, and risk management across aviation environmental projects. Technical Center of Excellence: Serve as a national authority for airport environmental issues, overseeing and advising on Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EA), and Categorical Exclusions (CatEx) for major airport capital programs.
