Board-certified Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist. Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship experience with expertise in mechanical circulatory support and transplantation. Provide clinical oversight across inpatient and outpatient services for advanced heart failure, LVAD/MCS, and heart transplant patients. Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance with key regulatory/accrediting bodies (e.g., UNOS/CMS). Drive strategic growth and operational excellence for the MCS/Transplant program, in close collaboration with Advanced HF section leadership and transplant surgical directors. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including advanced HF physicians, advanced practice providers, and trainees/fellows. Demonstrate depth across advanced heart failure care, including inpatient, outpatient, and outreach services. Participate in an academic environment with an active cardiology fellowship and opportunities for teaching, scholarship, and clinical innovation.
