Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p. Practice Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center. Type of cases: Endocrine Neoplasia. Credentialing timeframe: 4-8 weeks. Electronic Medical Record: EPIC. Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification and Oncology Certified. Licensure required: Connecticut state medical license. One year of Advanced Practitioner experience in Endocrinology or Endocrine Neoplasia.
