Significant market need with 700+ active referrals awaiting care. Two da Vinci platforms (Xi and DV5), 24/7 anesthesia coverage, APP surgical assistance, and robust postoperative support. Predictable access: one full robotic OR block + one full general/elective OR block weekly, plus shared block for overflow. Epic system-wide; DAX ambient documentation to streamline notes. Flexible schedule with four-day clinical workweeks; 36 patient-facing hours + 4 administrative hours weekly. Collaborative team: currently 1 FTE Urologist, 1 long-term locum, 4 APPs, and dedicated inpatient APP coverage. Shared call with employed providers; target 1 weekday night/week and 1 weekend/month once fully staffed (stipend eligible).
