Our state-of-the-art equipment combined with manual techniques continue to yield optimal results for patients. + **Location:** Greenwood, WI + **Position Type:** Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem **Job Description** We're looking for a dedicated **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team.** You'll support patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist and help patients reach their functional goals in a collaborative, supportive environment. **Responsibilities** + Provide direct patient care according to the PT's treatment plan. + Assist with implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions. + Document patient progress and education clearly and accurately. + Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising PT. + Support rehab techs and contribute to smooth clinic flow. + Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety. **Qualifications** + Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (new grads welcome). + Current or upcoming Wisconsin PTA license and CPR certification. + Interest in or willingness to learn outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation. + Ability to work efficiently and independently within a supportive team **Additional Information** **What You'll Get:** + Monday - Friday schedule + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Employee discount plans + Excellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time off.
