On-Site PacSci EMC, a Ralliant company, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a critical ordnance value stream supporting aerospace and defense programs. This role owns end-to-end performance across production, manufacturing engineering, product test, and quality, with direct accountability for delivery, operational execution, and business performance.
