Capital Smiles is a leading sedation and general dentistry practice known for exceptional patient care and a supportive, team-focused environment. We are excited to welcome a full‑time Dental Hygienist who is passionate, driven, and ready to grow with our practice!
FULL-TIME
- Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Enjoy a 4‑day workweek
- Three‑day weekends… every week! + $7,500 welcome bonus
OR PART-TIME
2 days a week Monday and Wednesday 830-5pm we can be flexible + $1,500 welcome bonus

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in New York and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employme
