As a Residential Care Professional, you’ll be a mentor and role model to individuals in our care. You’ll:

• Teach life skills like cooking, laundry, and money management
• Support with daily self-care, social skills, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 18+ with a valid Texas driver’s license (for more than 3 Years) and a clear record
• Previous experience supporting people with disabilities preferred (CNA/Medical Assistant a plus)
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to teamwork
