Join a healthcare team within a comprehensive breast center at a 400-bed hospital for a locum tenens Breast Oncology assignment.
Practice Setting
- Onsite imaging, breast radiologists, medical oncology, and a dedicated support staff
- Approximately 15-20 patients per day
- Includes LPN/CMA rooming staff, RNs, Nurse Navigators, surgery schedulers, and advanced practice providers
Schedule
- Full-time position requiring 4-5 days of clinical coverage per week
- Standard clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- Call rotation is optional
Cases and Procedures
- Procedures include both oncologic and benign breast surgery, such as lumpectomy and mastectomy
Requirements
- Board Certified in Surgical Oncology
- Any state medical license accepted
- BLS and DEA certifications
