We are inviting applications for the role of Brand Manager within our team, based in Parsippany, New Jersey. The primary function of this role is to drive brand growth, develop and implement marketing strategies, manage brand performance, and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Leading the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans, inclusive of product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.
• Conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products, services, and digital solutions that align with brand objectives.
• Overseeing the execution of key marketing programs, including both traditional and digital advertising, promotions, pricing, and shopper and trade marketing.
• Establishing open communication channels with sales teams to ensure the execution of key programs and adherence to brand strategic guidelines.
• Managing point of purchase/merchandising projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Developing, implementing, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess initiatives and drive brand success.
• Ensuring compliance with budget and other requirements, resolving issues as needed to achieve plan.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Brand Manager role or similar
• Proven experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights for brand development and marketing
• Previous experience planning and executing successful advertising campaigns
• Demonstrable experience as a Brand Ambassador is preferred
• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and implementation
• Experience in Brand Marketing and the ability to implement innovative strategies
• Proven ability in Campaign Planning and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
