Owner Operator DivisionsWith a variety ways to succeed, choose the division that best fits you:
End Dump Division
- Requires investment in a wet kit – provided by Oakley and installed during orientation
- Regional Routes
- Home Most Days
- This includes a $0.15 (loaded mile only) extra pay based on weight hauled

- 2 Years OTR Driving Experience
- Must be at least 23 Years of Age
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and TWIC
- Clean MVR
