• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and pliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers and wholesalers for medication orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Understand and maintain pliance with the federal 340B program.

• Accurately interpret and dispense prescription medications following applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct medication reviews, including checks for drug-drug interactions and appropriate duration of therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Administer immunizations under defined protocols.
• Provide personalized consultations to patients and their families regarding medication-related concerns, usage, and precautions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to prescriptions, insurance, and medication concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outes and ensure prehensive medication therapy management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, foster a positive and weling atmosphere, and promote a patient-centered approach to pharmacy services.

• Represent the pharmacy in munity outreach events and educational programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and munity stakeholders to promote pharmacy services.

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of Utah.
• Licensure to dispense controlled substances in the State of Utah.
• Provide daily consults with patients, patients families, staff, and providers.
• Excellent munication, human relations, and puter skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant pharmacy software).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the financial aspects of departmental functioning.

• Three years or more experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• APhA Immunization Certification.
• Prior pharmacy management experience.
