Job Description:

• Perform regular electrical/CNC inspections on CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults/technical issues with the machines (remote and on-site.)

• Repair or replace defective parts as needed.

• Calibrate machinery to ensure proper functioning.

• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize machine performance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations at all times.

• Create detailed reports/records of maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Machine Tool Technician, CNC equipment maintenance or similar role.

• Strong electrical / CNC aptitude and problem-solving skills - Siemens 840dsl/pl/Sinumerik One experience is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
