We are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to hiring and onboarding. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for managing our HRIS system to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate the interview process, which may include administering assessments and conducting reference checks.
• Work closely with the executive team to make job offers and manage the negotiation process with candidates.
• Focus on continuous pipeline development to build bench strength in all disciplines of the organization, especially those that are challenging to recruit.
• Manage and coordinate our intern program in conjunction with the Director of Employee Experience.
• Foster strong relationships with leaders to understand business and talent needs.
• Oversee the pre-employment and new hire setup process, which includes close coordination with IT and Hiring Managers.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and HR tools.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Administer and maintain the ATS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate reports and analytics from the ATS to support HR and management decision-making.
• Train HR staff and end-users on ATS functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated on ATS trends and technologies to suggest system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, and offer letters.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, professional organizations, and other related vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role
