Job Title: Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a part-time basis in Tinley Park, IL. This position will cover two maternity leaves and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students from PreK through 8th grade.

Position Details:

Job Type: Part-Time

Start Date: November 4, 2024

End Date: May 19, 2025

Hours:

• 1 Day per Week
• 8 Hours per Week

Caseload:

• PreK 8th Grade

Work Environment:

• 2 Buildings

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and evaluations for students ranging from PreK to 8th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals and progress.
• Document and track student progress, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative approach to student support.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Illinois State License in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
