The Ultrasonographer performs diagnostic sonograms. The Ultrasonographer is responsible for meeting and maintaining established Radiology protocols.
Performs two dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs.
Position Requirements:
Registered by the American Society of Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(s)) and be certified in Sonography. Must obtain ARDMS certification or ARRT(s) and be certified in Sonography.
