We are seeking a High-Volume Restaurant Manager for a premier waterfront restaurant who can lead and develop a team dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to our guests. Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant of 5 million or higher
- Strong outgoing leader who creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
- A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
- The ability to work within a structured environment and think independently
- Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and the guests
- Collaborate with leadership and the management team to grow sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
