In this role, youll support a diverse group of students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. As a key member of our forward-thinking teletherapy team, youll work with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and execute customized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Work with educators, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
• Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
• Advocate for student needs, offer staff training, and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current North Carolina Teaching Certification optional
• North Carolina SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Hourly Rate: $40-$50
