Position: Pharmacist
Location: Johnstown, PA
Facility: Large, Busy Level I Trauma Center
IT System: EPIC
Schedule: Variable Days/Afternoons
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all inpatient pharmacist duties, including medication order verification, patient medication assessments, and clinical consultations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and enhance patient outes.
• Utilize the EPIC IT system for medication management and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Current Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy and familiarity with the EPIC system preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
