Soliant is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to work at a small rehab hospital in Flagstaff, AZ. The ideal candidate must be willing to hold the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) position, as this role is crucial to the hospitals operations. This opportunity offers an 8-12 week contract, with the potential for temp-to-hire if its a good fit.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Pharmacist (PIC)

• Start Date: Early September
• Duration: 8-12 weeks (Temp-to-hire option available)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday day shifts; will participate in weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient staffing duties
• Hold the PIC position, as this is the only full-time pharmacist role at the facility
• Collaborate with PRN pharmacists and healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of quality patient care

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensure: Active Arizona pharmacist license
• Experience: Hospital experience required
• Other: Ability and willingness to hold the PIC position
