3 to 5 days per week (potential for 1 additional day, so a 4/3 split) | $44 - $46 per hour 

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric or long-term care setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physical workload and perform under pressure
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality

About the Registered Nurse (RN) Role
As a Registered Nurse at our facility, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care to patients based on a comprehensive nursing assessment
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to physicians and other healthcare team members
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and promptly in medical records
• Participating in patient and family education to promote understanding of health conditions and management
