Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a school district in Peterborough, NH, for the uping academic year. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential healthcare services to students in a school setting, ensuring their well-being and supporting a healthy learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct healthcare services to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans for students with special health needs.
- Monitor and manage municable diseases within the school environment, adhering to state and federal health guidelines.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and address health-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students.
- Educate students, staff, and parents on health and wellness topics.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Required:Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Preferred: Experience in pediatric or school nursing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.

Work Hours:

- Full-time position during school hours, Monday through Friday.
- Occasional after-school hours may be required for special events or emergencies.
