Job Summary:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Reno, NV. We are an employee health clinic providing comprehensive medical care designed to treat acute illness and chronic disease.
Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - Noon
- No call requirements
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient medical setting
- Offering primary care to employees and their dependents, focusing on preventative care and early intervention
- Support from MAs and onsite physicians
Cases and Procedures:
- Traditional outpatient primary care, including acute illness (cough, cold, flu, UTIs, etc.), chronic disease management, preventative care, pre-employment physicals, and annual physicals
- Occasional outpatient primary care office-based procedures possible
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Practice
- Must be comfortable treating patients aged 2 and over
- Nevada State License required
