Calling on Clinical Fellows and ASHA-Certified Speech-Language Pathologists seeking an opportunity to live and work in Pendleton, OR! Soliant has partnered with a school district in the area, and is seeking a full-time candidate for the uping school year.

How does one qualify as a traveler?

• Will you be arranging temporary housing during the school year?
• Will you be muting 50+ miles to work?

If so, you qualify for housing and/or meals and incidentals stipends!

For schools-based Speech-Language Pathologists, duties include:

• Providing speech and/or language therapy to students identified with munication disorders.
• Maintaining accurate service records of students on caseload
• Evaluating students with suspected munication disorders; making remendations for speech and language services as needed
• Providing prehensive written report of observations, assessment results, and remendations within the standards established by state guidelines
• Developing speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs
• Developing integrated goals with other education staff for students with multiple or other disabilities.
• Consulting with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.
• Participating in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.

• Flexibility and the ability to foster a collegial work environment

Requirements:

• SLP license from the Oregon Boardof Speech-Language Pathology
