Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
Job Type:Permanent/Direct Hire
Setting: Home Health
Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule: 1-2 days a week, 6-8 hours – Day shift, no holidays.
Pay: $30 - $31/hr, earn more with more experience!

The responsibility of the Occupational Therapy Assistant includes:
- Assesses specific problem areas such as self-care status in compliance with the OT Practice Act in Kansas and the AOTA Roles and Supervision documents.
- Development of a clear treatment plan and goals will be completed after consultation with the supervising occupational therapist.
- Demonstrates good rapport with patients and professionalism with other professionals, patients, and visitors.
- Documentation is clear and concise, and in compliance with departmental, KPTA and APTA guidelines, and regulatory requirements from third party payers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) - State Board of Healing Arts
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
