Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational team in Lynnwood, WA. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students. This role involves conducting assessments, providing counseling, and developing intervention strategies to help students succeed in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments of students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students.
• Develop and implement strategies to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as necessary.
• Participate in meetings and consultations to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid School Psychologist certification in Washington State.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
