Outpatient Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced RNs
• Experience in outpatient ambulatory settings (clinics or similar environments) is highly valued
• Solid clinical background in family medicine, women's health, internal medicine (or similar) preferred
• Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred but not required
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient interviews for health history and document medical records, including nursing observations, vital signs, and test results.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring all documentation is time-stamped and/or initialed.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient treatments and exams.
• Triage patients by phone or in person, assessing their needs and providing necessary follow-up care.
• Educate patients on healthcare issues based on physician instructions and patient inquiries.
• Stay current on nursing procedures and attend mandated training sessions.
