Job Description
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing various radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures. They work closely with radiologists, the medical doctors who interpret medical images to either diagnose or rule out disease or injury. ## Responsibilities 1. **Patient Care**: Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures. 2. **Equipment Operation**: Operate radiologic and magnetic imaging equipment to produce images of the body. 3. **Image Analysis**: Analyze diagnostic images to assess the quality and to evaluate the need for additional images. 4. **Safety Protocol**: Follow safety principles, radiation protection, and the general comfort and care of the patient. 5. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate patient records. 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM $57,000-74,000 annual salary.
