RPh on the Go is looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialty Pharmacy Manager for a 5-week contract position in Glens Falls, New York. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading pharmacy staffing agency and make a meaningful impact in a short-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the specialty pharmacy.
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper medication storage and handling.
• Manage complex medication regimens and patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 5-week assignment

Qualifications:

• Active and clear NY pharmacist license
• 2+ years of recent experience in specialty or outpatient pharmacy
• Previous experience as a PIC or Pharmacy Manager
