We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon! 

Salary (Union Pay Scale)
37-54.37 per hour (1-9 years experience)
55-61.53 per hour (10-20 years experience)

Shift Differentials
Night Shift Differential: 6.50 per hour 
Weekend Shift Differential: 2.00 per hour 

Shift
7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per week

Requirements
- Unencumbered RN Oregon state license.
- Acute Care/Med Surg experience (preferred). Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar background.
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN.
- BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)

Job Duties
- Exhibits proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for diverse age groups, including Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
- Meticulously documents in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital requirements.
- Engages in the prudent management of healthcare resources.
- Commits to maintaining clinical competency and ongoing professional growth.
- Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills within a clinical setting.
- Capable of working various shifts and days.
- Actively contributes to patient care and satisfaction improvement projects and initiatives.
