Job Summary: We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Des Moines, WA. This full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact on student munication and language development. We are currently interviewing candidates this week and will provide more details about the caseload upon selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with various munication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success and address munication challenges.
• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide remendations for special education services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Provide consultation and support to staff regarding students' munication needs.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents.
• Excellent organizational and munication skills.
