Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)

Soliant Health seeking a talented and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to work with our middle school students (5th-6th grade) for the entire school year. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating munication and speech disorders in order to support students' academic success and social interactions. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding opportunity to collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to provide prehensive speech and language services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
- Provide direct therapy to students individually or in small groups to address articulation, language, fluency, and other munication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the students' overall educational plans
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute expertise and ensure proper support for students with speech and language disorders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
