Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory work.
Administer vaccinations and immunizations according to established guidelines.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper healthcare management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Education Required: Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency and current board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM).
License(s) Required: Unrestricted NY State Medical License.
Experience/Skills Required: 2 years or more post-residency work experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
