Clinical Pharmacist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to fill an opening in Kittery, Maine.
Daily Responsibilities for the Clinical Pharmacist :
- Promote a team based model of pharmaceutical care that results in positive clinical outcomes in a patient centered Medical Home or Primary Care environment.
Clinical Pharmacist Shift:
MONDAY-FRIDAY 0730-1700, No Overtime!
Required Qualifications for the Clinical Pharmacist :
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
Preferred Qualifications for the Clinical Pharmacist :
Possess one (1) year of full-time experience in the last three (3) years as a clinical pharmacist in an ambulatory care setting OR Completed an ASHP accredited Ambulatory Care Residency OR Possess Board Certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist.

Pay Details: $65 /hour - $67 /hour
