Position/Specialty: CVOR RN
Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
On-call Required: Yes, every third week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Weekend Requirement: Yes, CVOR call every 3rd weekend
Floating Requirement: Yes, within service lines but not to sister facilities

• Experience Required: 2-3 years of CVOR experience, including CABG, Vascular, and Thoracic procedures
• First-time Travelers Accepted: Yes, with sufficient experience
• License Required: SC RN or Multi-State/pact RN license
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Radiation Badge: Yes, must be provided by the agency

• Block Schedule: Open to acmodating with prior approval, though not guaranteed
• Local Radius Rule: 60-mile radius; local travelers not accepted
• RTO (Request for Time Off) Restrictions: Must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off one shift per two weeks, with hours broken down to add up to one shift
