Soliant is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide 1:1 support to a student with special medical needs, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being during the school day. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and be mitted to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to a student with specific medical needs, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing medical equipment.
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans in collaboration with the school nurse, teachers, and parents.
• Assist the student with daily activities, including feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor the student's health status and respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including daily logs of care provided and any changes in the student's condition.
• municate effectively with the student, parents, school staff, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support the student's participation in classroom activities, field trips, and other school-related events.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and protocols related to health and safety.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [Insert State].
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
