Endeavor Health (formerly NorthShore University HealthSystem) is in search of registered nurses to join the team in Elmhurst, IL!

Location: 155 E Brush Hill Rd, Elmhurst, IL, 60126 (258 beds, Level I Trauma)

Unit: Progressive CCU

Pay: Starting at $34.68/hour and increases with experience

Shifts: 7p-7a, 36 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures.

Employ critical thinking skills, assess patients’ condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations. 

Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. 

Function as a team member to fulfill unit goals. 

Must Haves:

• RN license in the state of Illinois
• BLS certification
• ASN
• 1-year critical care experience (ICU, Step down or progressive care unit)
