About the Role: As a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to our diverse clientele. You'll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington state SLP license
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy services in various settings (e.g., schools, clinics, homes)
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
