Soliant Healthis seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist for a retail pharmacy in Cleveland, OH. This position is very flexible and will be on an as-needed basis. Must have an active/clear OH license.

Position: Per Diem Pharmacist
Schedule: As needed (could be 1 day a week or 1 day a month)
Shifts: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient consultations and manage medication therapy for plex cases
• Handle a high volume of medications for patients with chronic conditions
• municate effectively and educate patients, including those with low literacy levels
• Utilize Rx30 software for medication processing

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Retail/specialty pharmacy experience is highly preferred
• Skills: Strong patient consultation skills, especially with chronic illness management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, multiple sclerosis)
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the top 200-400 drugs monly found in a retail setting
• Traits: Patience, passion, and excellent munication skills are essential
