Location: 155 E Brush Hill Rd, Elmhurst, IL, 60126 (258 beds, Level I Trauma)

Unit: Pulmonary

Pay: Starting at $34.68/hour and increases with experience

Shifts: 7p-7:30a, 36 hours/week

Responsibilities:

- Participating in pulmonary rehabilitation programs to help patients manage their condition.

- Teaching patients about medications, their side effects, and proper usage.

- Monitoring patients' conditions to ensure treatment effectiveness.

- Recording vital signs regularly.

- Performing diagnostic tests to diagnose pulmonary conditions.

- Determining treatment plans for chronic pulmonary conditions.

- Preparing and administering medications, such as inhalers and nebulizers.

- Educating patients on recognizing when to seek medical attention and managing their condition at home.

- Recording patient information in medical records and charts.

Must Haves:

• RN license in the state of Illinois
• BLS certification
• ASN
• 1-year of acute med/surg experience
