RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This full-time contract position is based in an inpatient setting, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of sterile compounded medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications, including IV admixtures, TPNs, and other aseptically compounded products.
• Adhere to USP <797> and <800> guidelines to maintain a sterile and safe compounding environment.
• Accurately label and dispense medications according to physician orders and hospital policies.
• Maintain and monitor cleanroom standards, including daily cleaning and disinfection procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking of sterile compounding supplies.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and care.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: Days
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Inpatient hospital pharmacy technician experience.
• Sterile Compounding experience.
• TPN experience.
• OH pharmacy technician license.
• CPhT national certification
