We are looking for Certified Medical Assistants at our healthcare facility in Tucson, AZ!

M-F, 8-5
20-23/hourly!

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required

• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program

• 3 years work experience as a Medical Assistant

• 1 year of phlebotomy experience.

• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus

Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients
Documents a thorough medical history from patient
Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
Provides technical support to healthcare professionals
Counseling patients and family, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans
