Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Thompson, CT

Job Details:

• Hours: Full-Time (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Start Date: 8/28/24
• End Date: 6/11/25 (subject to change with weather days)
• Caseload: Elementary and Middle School students
• Setting: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Provide speech and language support for elementary and middle school students on the caseload.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
• Open to CCC-SLPs, CFYs, and SLPAs capable of providing in-person speech services.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
