We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Onsite Registered Nurse to join our team in Elmhurst, IL, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves district-wide responsibilities, including managing health paperwork and providing nursing support across multiple schools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage health-related paperwork and documentation for the district.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for student health files, immunizations, and medical conditions.
• Assist with health assessments and screenings as needed across the district.
• Provide general nursing support and first aid in various school settings as required.
• Collaborate with school administrators, health staff, and parents to address health needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement health policies and procedures to ensure pliance with district and state regulations.
• Offer training and support to school staff on health protocols and emergency procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices in handling sensitive health information.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Proven experience in managing health paperwork and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in a school or district-wide healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
