Calling on California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to work with a high achieving school district! Soliant has partnered with a team in Pleasanton, CA, and is seeking applicants for a contract position.
Details of Soliant assignments as follows:
- W2 contract
- Duration is typically for the school year, with options for summer work discussed after Spring Break
Caseload details will be shared in a direct interview with administrators. Candidates with age group or diagnoses preferences are wele to express that prior to moving forward with an interview.
Duties include:
- Providing speech and/or language therapy to students identified with munication disorders.
- Maintaining accurate service records of students on caseload
- Evaluating students with suspected munication disorders; making remendations for speech and language services as needed
- Providing prehensive written report of observations, assessment results, and remendations within the standards established by state guidelines
- Developing speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs
- Developing integrated goals with other education staff for students with multiple or other disabilities.
- Consulting with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.
- Participating in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.
