Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dedicated team in Attleboro, MA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about assisting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing prehensive therapy services to patients with speech and language disorders. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting therapeutic activities and ensuring smooth operation within clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist SLPs in the implementation of therapy plans designed to improve patient munication abilities.
• Help prepare therapy materials and set up equipment for sessions.
• Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP, following detailed treatment protocols.
• Document patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising SLP.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education and support as directed by the SLP.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline.
• Valid SLPA certification and licensure in Massachusetts.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable.
