Job Title: Bilingual Preferred Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Bilingual Preferred Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to provide speech and language services to students who are bilingual or English language learners. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication skills.

State Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
• Valid North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
