Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Greater Hilltop Area, Columbus, Ohio
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supervising individualized treatment plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), to develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based practices
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in the implementation of treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to families and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress, reports, and treatment plans
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Valid Ohio state licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
