Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Greater Hilltop Area, Columbus, Ohio

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supervising individualized treatment plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), to develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based practices
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in the implementation of treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress, reports, and treatment plans
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
• Valid Ohio state licensure or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
