Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location:Blue Springs, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train direct support professionals and consultants in person-centered strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans and treatment plans, focusing on teaching strategies and reducing problematic behaviors.

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to associate behavior analysts and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in implementing Behavior Support Plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Active BACB/BCBA certification.

• Masters degree in Special Education or related Human Services field.
