• Position Type: Full-time, Contract
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Duration: August 2024 - June 2025

• Perform assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional capabilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, including fine motor skills training, sensory integration, and adaptive techniques.
• Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and help develop IEP goals.
• Educate and train school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and school staff.

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate: $50+
